Just a clarification, my license was suspended after an outrageous Suspension hearing during which I was verbally attacked by panel members and my lawyers were told to "stop beating a dead horse" when they attempted to present the evidence contrary to the TSBME's "Findings of Fact" (not FACTS at all). My lawyers then took it to the Travis County District Court and obtained a restraining order based on the evidence and finally an Injunction against the TSBME, that is in effect until a decision from the SOAH is decided on by the Board. So I do actually have a license in effect that was recently renewed, with 2 restrictions.
